If you're ordering multiple gift certificates, the To and From information, your Message, and the Amount must be the same on each certificate.  All certificates will be sent to your delivery address.

To Redeem a gift voucher, simply add items to your basket and enter the voucher code in the box provided at checkout and then press Use Voucher.  The voucher amount will then be deducted from the order total and the checkout process can be completed. A voucher must be Redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue, and can be used to buy goods from any of our shops including Simply Scuba, Simply Snorkel, Simply Swim, Simply Swim, Simply Hike or Simply Piste. Gift Vouchers are non refundable and any not used within 12 months from date of issue will be voided.

A voucher may not be part Redeemed.  You must ensure that the cost of the goods you wish to pay for with your voucher equals or exceeds the value of the voucher.  However, you may Redeem multiple vouchers in one transaction just enter the voucher code into the voucher box at stage 3 of the checkout process, press Use Voucher and then repeat for the next voucher.

Note: Vouchers can be purchased in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars in any amount you choose. Vouchers purchased in any currency must be Redeemed in the same currency (i.e. a voucher bought in Pounds Sterling can only be used if the users currency is also set to Pounds Sterling).

• Gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date
• The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by credit card
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable
• Gift certificates are non-transferable
• Gift certificates may not be purchased or Redeemed for international orders
• Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards
• Gift certificates are not Redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates
• When Redeeming a Gift certificates in our store a proper ID with a valid UK Address will be Required
• Simply Swimwill have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either Redeemed through any of our websites or in our store
