Retail and Returns Assistant - Warehouse Department

We are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join our current hard working and efficient Warehouse Team. The main aspect of the role will be to assist in the picking and packing of orders placed by customers online. The successful candidate will be target driven and take pride in delivering high quality service whilst maintaining a high dispatch rate.
The right individual will be conscientious and have a good knowledge and understanding of a warehouse process. You will have good communications skills and be able to liaise confidently with all departments enabling the correct distribution of deliveries that arrive in to the warehouse on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities & objectives;

× Assist the team in the picking of up to 1500 customer orders daily.
× Pack customer orders with a daily target of 400 whilst maintaining 100% accuracy.
× Assist in carrying out accurate weekly stock takes.
× Process returned orders ensuring these are processed within the timeframe set out by the company's Returns Policy.
× Liaise with Customer Care Team to resolve any issues with returned items.
× Maintain a clean and tidy workstation to include a full clean down weekly.

Key skills and attributes;
Hard working and motivated
Keen eye for detail
Proven track record of hitting targets
Good communication skills

Package;
£13,500per annum plus a £500 attendance bonus (Paid in the Christmas pay packet).
28 days annual leave (including public holidays).

Specialist SCUBA Diving Retail Assistant - Full Time

We are looking to recruit a Specialist SCUBA Diving Retail Assistant to expand our current hard working and successful Retail Team based in Faversham. The main aspect of the role will be to support the Retail Manager and Retail Supervisor in the effective day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring customer service excellence is maintained at all times and key business objectives are being meet.

Key responsibilities & objectives;

Customer Service Excellence
· Ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
· Providing customers with support with product information in order to make an informed buying decision.
· Product knowledge - ensuring that personal product knowledge is maintained to a high standard, any gaps in knowledge are identified, communicated with line managers and addressed.
· Ensuring that Scuba specific product knowledge is maintained to a high level through regular diving, contact with forums & manufacture representatives.

Key skills and attributes;
· Qualified Scuba Diver.
· Must be friendly, personable and approachable with a commitment to providing customer service excellence.
· Committed team player with strong verbal, written and listening skills.
· Enjoy working with the public and motivated by meeting their needs.
· Must be prepared to work regular weekends on shift rotation.

Package;
£14,000 to £18,000 dependant of skills and experience
28 days annual leave (including public holidays).
