With thousands of in stock items we aim to despatch your order the same day or the day after depending on the time you place your order. We have several delivery options for you to choose from whether that's standard delivery, express or next working day . Most orders selected for standard delivery will arrive with you within 2-3 working days and other options sooner. If a item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified.
We won't charge you for your order until it has been despatched. Once you have placed your order we will pre-authorise your card. This just means that the amount is reserved and taken from your available spending limit but the funds are not deducted from your account (excludes PayPal customers who are charged immediately by PayPal).
We have a dedicated team in Customer Services who are here to help you when and if you need it. We aim to make buying online easy, but sometimes it's nice to speak to a real person so you can either contact us by email (where you can expect a reply the same day Monday-Friday) or by telephone where one of our team will be happy to help you. We also have a Live Chat facility which allows you to talk to a member of our team online whilst you are shopping.
We understand that finding the perfect fit online is awkward, so we offer a free size exchange service. This means that the item can be swapped for another size free of charge. You simply return the wrong size item back to us with the section for "Exchange requests" on your delivery note filled in and we will send out a replacement item for you with no additional charge (UK only).
We offer a 28 day, hassle free returns policy. If your item isn't suitable, just send it back to us with your delivery note stating whether you want an exchange or a refund and we will arrange it for you.
