Although shopping online means that you can shop from work or home without the hassle of making a trip out or having to talk to anyone, there will no doubt be times when you will want to contact us. You can do so in a number of different ways, each of which should prompt a quick and efficient response from us.
E-mail is our Preferred method of communication as it allows us to fully respond to you questions. Please always indicate your order number if your correspondence relates to an order. The different methods of contacting us are as follows:
We always do our best to make sure that e-mails are answered as quickly as possible and we aim to respond to all e-mail within 1 working day. If you have a more urgent enquiry please call us on the telephone numbers below.
Our phone lines are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. While we do our best to answer all calls as quickly as possible, we sometimes experience extremely high volumes of calls meaning that we can't get to your call as quickly as we would like. In this case you may prefer to leave a message on our telephone system (you will be offered this option while you wait) and we will then call you back as soon as we can, or alternatively you can e-mail us.
We welcome any comments you have about our service and we rely on feedback from you to let us know if we are doing anything which you think could be improved. If you have a complaint, you should email us at CustomerCare@TheSimplyGroup.com with as much information about the problem as you have and we will respond to that email within 24 hours. Wherever possible we will endeavour to resolve any problems within the same working day.
