The new Ergoflex hand paddles from Aqua Sphere are a swim training tool used to increase the resistance in the water with each stroke so that your upper body works more. They can also be used to identify flaws in your stroke as they will make them more obvious and will therefore improve your technique.

I am a 5ft 10in man with average size hands...

I am a 5ft 10in man with average size hands I guess and these fit well one size only so no decision to be made on size.
