The Vortex Evolution Hand Paddle from Arena is a medium-sized swim paddle designed for swim training and will work to strengthen the muscles in your upper body to make you more powerful in the water. Medium is great for normal sized adult hands
My husband and I share these. There’s many different ways of threading them. We thread them like flip flops / thongs. I’ve added a photo. I’ve also shared the photo that you can find with some of the advertising. It didn’t come with instructions so we googled for a YouTube video and some photos. Work beautifully. Good arm workout. Recommend especially with smaller 15m pools and using a float between thighs.

A very good made
It's a very good made hand paddle, but I made a mistake didn't check the size of it. So I have to return it back because to my 11 years old daughter that medium hand paddles are too big.
But in the future when she will be much older definitely going to give a try for those ones.
