After using these for just over a week

After using these for just over a week, I have noticed a increase in strength in my upper body whilst swimming.

I had been borrowing our local pool

I had been borrowing our local pool's standard issue paddles up to now, but these are so much better! They are easy to put on, comfortable and effective. I found the Medium to be the right size.

The perfect helper I am recovering from quadruple heart bypass and wanted to get my chest muscles back. I purchased these and they have really helped. Be careful when ordering. Large is for front crawl and backstroke only Medium for above plus breaststroke Small for all strokes
