Hold this pull buoy high between your thighs near your groin with the smaller end pointing towards the bottom of the pool. For an extra challenging workout, hold it between your ankles - this will force you to constrict your core torso muscles in order to keep your body straight as you swim, but will tire out out much more quickly.
Love this. Use it all the time when i go swimming as it is helping to reduce the amount of pain i get due to a joint condition, by allowing me to work on just my upper body whilst stabilising my legs. Brilliant.
