Review I bought this for my 18 month-old son. For the first day of swimming he was a little tipsy in it (sometimes rolling on his back and swallowing water) but by the second day he was a pro. It may not encourage proper swimming technique (his legs looked like they were pedalling a bike under the water) but he could get around with ease and had an absolutely fabulous time in it.
