The Aqua Fitness Swim Glove from Aquasphere is a swim training tool designed to create water resistance to help you build up your upper body strength when swimming or doing aqua aerobics. It fits snugly and fixes securely at the wrist with Velcro. The webbed fingers have open tops for you to "feel" the water. Sizes: Small - youth, Medium - Women, Large - Men or those with larger hands

Excellent product, really helps to strengthen my arms whilst swimming. It’s great you can wear them for any stroke, so no need to stop swimming to put them on or off.

Order arrived very quickly, so was soon able to start using them. The use of ‘hard hand paddles’ is not permitted in my local pool, due to the fact it hurts (a lot) when you get hit by someone using them. But, these are allowed and are very useful for making you work harder in your swim sessions whilst encouraging good hand placement into the water.
