The perfect helper I am recovering from quadruple heart bypass and wanted to get my chest muscles back. I purchased these and they have really helped. Be careful when ordering. Large is for front crawl and backstroke only Medium for above plus breaststroke Small for all strokes

i am very happy with the paddles as i had...

i am very happy with the paddles as i had a bad injury on the inside of my hand near my index finger, which resulted in permanent nerve damage and i couldn't swim as it would swell up, now i can go swimming again, many thanks yvonne x x x
