These hats are the mainstay of my kit bag, great quality and very comfortable, even with a ponytail tucked underneath. Double-up for even drier hair ... great for using in the sea as the air temperature cools. Excellent value for money and good life in them. Great hat.

Swimming caps have never been my friend

Swimming caps have never been my friend, and I've always found them a nightmare. I use this cap over the top of a nylon-lycra cap. The Nylon cap keeps my tresses contained, this cap over the top keeps the water out. I found that I needed to wear it over my ears, rather than tucking it behind them, but once I was used to the feeling, it wasn't too tight or uncomfortable. I bought the black one, and it has a pretty silver-ish sheen to it. It also arrived in a little zippy bag - perfect for storing it so it won't end up damaged in my kit bag.

Much better than the horrid rubber hats I wore as a child! Relatively easy to put on once the technique was mastered. I have long hair but managed to tuck it under the hat OK although it didn't keep my hair completely dry (from my temples to the nape of my neck it got very wet). After half an hour, my ears were beginning to ache from the pressure of the hat. But it's fine for leisure/health swimming.
