Olympic stars of London 2012 Bare Naked Calendar

Breast Cancer Research have struck a nerve with our Team GB Aquatics Team, enough so that they have agreed to get their swimwear off for a naked charity calendar. Yes Team GB are used to wearing next to nothing around poolside, we have all seen the tiny Speedos on our divers! The event, named ‘Wear It Pink,’ has got 15 members of Team GB involved in the fundraising calendar :

  10. Ollie Hynd (disability swimming)
  11. Nick Robinson-Baker (diving)
  12. Megan Sylvester (diving)
  13. Asha Randall (synchro)
  14. Beckie Kershaw (water polo)
  15. Fran Leighton (water polo)

Courtesy of British Swimming.[/caption] Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer in the UK with approximately 48,000 women diagnosed with the disease each year.  1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer within their lifetime in the United Kingdom. The breast cancer research campaign began in 1988 with the aim to find a cure for breast cancer. The charity funds research and development in treatment and medication for fighting the disease.
