Okay, so, I get up at 6:30, and that's quite a lie-in actually. I used to have to get up at 4:00, so now, it's a really nice lie-in. You know, get a good night's sleep the night before. So, yeah, I get up at 6:30, and get to the pool for 7:00. And we do pre-pool for half an hour. So that's core activation, shoulder stability, just getting yourself ready and prepared for when you get in the pool. And then we train from 7:30 till 9:30. And then you get out and have a little stretch. And then we're in the gym for an hour to an hour and a half. Go home, have lunch, or a little nap and then lunch, or a second breakfast, normally for me, and then a lunch. And then back at the pool for 3:00. Another half an hour pre-pool. Two to two and a half hour swim. And then you stretch, back home, eat dinner, and then generally bed!
