Four Easy Steps to Arrange your return !

Returns that fall within our returns policy can be arranged online. For each product in your order you can select one of these options:-



    Can be requested for returns 

    Size Exchange

    if you'd like a different size of swimwear simply select the alternative size and we'll exchange it for you.

    up to 30 days from order

    Store Credit

    a credit voucher valid for 12 months on any future purchase

    up to 60 days from order

    Refund  a refund to your original payment method up to 30 days from order


    Our returns window is 30 days from the date of your order for your choice of a refund, exchange or credit voucher and up to 60 days for a credit voucher only.  


    You can view our full returns policy herePlease remember that certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and all items need to be in their original new condition with all retail packaging, tags and hygiene strips intact.  All items are carefully inspected on return and any not suitable for resale cannot be processed.  If in doubt, contact us before initiating a return.


    The simplest way to send your return back is by using our Royal Mail return label.  You can either print a label or if you do not have a printer, take your parcel together with the QR code (on your phone) to the post office and they will use this to generate the label for you.

    Our Royal Mail return label utilises a fully insured and tracked returns service for your peace of mind. Current postage label costs are £4.00 for the first item and then 50p for each further item in the same return parcel.  Return postage labels for competition suits are charged at £6 for each suit returned. Postage label costs do not need to be paid on the portal as they are simply deducted from any refunds/credits when we process your return. 

    If you decide to use an alternative carrier to return your item then do make sure you keep a receipt and ideally use a tracked and insured service.

    Remember that you can only preserve the free delivery promotion (if applicable) on your original order if you keep items that exceed the free delivery order threshold.


    If you are wanting to exchange an item but need it ASAP then the easiest way is to just reorder it and use the returns portal to return the unwanted item for a credit or refund. That way you don't have to wait for the unwanted item to be returned before your new item is sent. This is also the only way to exchange an item for a completely different item ie not a different size, as our returns portal only currently allows for size exchanges. Only one size exchange is allowed.  Return of an exchanged item can only be for a credit note (less any postage costs incurred by us).
