FREE POSTAGE
We offer free standard delivery for orders over £15. Please note, free postage is only available on standard delivery to UK mainland addresses. £15 is the value of the goods including VAT.
QUICK, NEXT DAY DELIVERY
With thousands of in stock items, we aim to despatch your order the same day or the day after, depending on the time you place your order. We have several delivery options for you to choose from, whether that’s standard delivery or next working day. Most orders selected for UK standard delivery will arrive with you within 2-3 working days and other options even sooner. If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have a dedicated team in Customer Services who are here to help you when and if you need it. We aim to make buying online easy, but sometimes it’s nice to speak to a real person, so you can either contact us by email (where you can expect a reply the same day Monday-Friday) or by telephone, where one of our team will be happy to help you.
HASSLE FREE 14 DAY RETURNS
We offer a 14 day, hassle free returns policy. If your item isn’t suitable, just send it back to us with your delivery note and we will arrange it for you.

All of our stock is sourced through the official UK agent or distributor, rather than being grey import stock. This ensures it has been built and tested to all the UK and European requirements and is fully fitted with the UK specification and features. Some brands change or remove features in different regions, such as American, to better suit that market. Purchasing one of those units may result in a limited function product compared to the UK model.
