The Flex Training Fins 2.0 from TYR are perfect training fins for swimmers at any level that are looking to increase performance and decrease times. They are engineered for swim training regiments and exercise routines and allow you to build resistance for leg power and increase your tempo and speed, improving your technique. 

Long blade swim fins closely resemble traditional snorkeling fins, featuring a longer and more flexible heel and blade. They incorporate a flat edge to enhance water resistance, resulting in a longer and wider kick. Long swim fins offer increased resistance and flexibility in your kick. They cover more water surface, promoting muscle engagement, lifting the legs and hips, and accelerating forward movement

Flex adult swim training fins 2.0

Love them, I am recovering from back surgery and have had a hip replacement so using these fins to improve lower body strength whilst using a kickboard and now can't wait to get in the pool. I am a size 12 sometimes 13 shoe size and these fins fit perfectly.
