I’ve been doing breaststroke for years, but just started swimming backstroke. These fins have really helped strengthen my kick in weeks. Just make sure you order a size down. If you think your a large, go medium. Also make sure you try them on wet otherwise you will get a false sense of fit. Perfect colour, matches my goggles, and very comfortable! Chloe.
