The Alta Buoyancy shorts from Huub provide buoyancy for the hips and lower body, this aids and improves positioning in the water to focus on the upper body and stroke technique. Huub's X-0 Skeleton technology achieves this whilst giving you a more streamlined shape whilst greatly improving your kick. Open water swimmers and triathletes will love these high grade neoprene shorts because they closely mimic the buoyant effects of a wetsuit on the hips and lower body.

Lovely swimming addition

The bouyancy shorts have done exactly what I'd hoped for. They've allowed me to relax my stroke during freestyle, relax my breathing, and relax my kick. This enables me to increase the distance that I swim. Hence, when I don't use the bouyancy shorts my swimming technique has improved and I don't feel so out of breath. I may possibly buy another one, but next time the size will be extra large.
