The BECO Dynamic Hand Paddle creates resistance in the water, making you work harder during your stroke and therefore strengthening the upper body and arms. They are ergonomically shaped and have a special finger rest made of silicone allowing a more secure fit. They are available in three sizes-small, medium, and large. For greater resistance in the water choose a larger size.
