ITEM ADDED TO BASKET
This Aqua Belt from Speedo is an excellent buoyancy aid for using in aqua aerobics and will support and stabilise you in the water. Ideal for wearing when water running in deep water, during aqua aerobics sessions or during rehabilitation sessions in the swimming pool.
FEATURES
- Purpose - to keep you buoyant in deep water so that your head and shoulders are above the water, allowing you to breathe easily whilst you are water running or doing aqua aerobic exercises. Water running works on your upper leg muscles, strengthening and toning them without the stress of impact that you get when road running.
- Fit - wear around your waist and fasten with a secure clip. Tighten by pulling the white strap until you have a comfortable fit.
- Adjustable buoyancy - the floats can be moved along the belt and removed as you wish. The more floats you remove, the harder you will have to work to stay afloat whilst you exercise in the water.
