These durable Neoprene webbed Aqua Gloves from Speedo are a great aqua aerobics or swim training tool and will increase water resistance to improve your upper body strength. They create a low impact upper body workout that minimises pressure on your joints. Designed in snug-fitting Neoprene on the upper hand and palm, with open top webbed fingers and enclosed thumb.
We offer FREE tracked UK standard delivery on orders over £40.
Standard UK delivery is £3.99 for orders under £40. You will receive your order typically 3 - 5 days from the date of despatch. Order by 3pm on a working weekday and we will aim to despatch the same day.
Express Tracked Delivery (usually 1-2 working days) is available for just £5.99 in mainland UK.

The first glove is easy to get on but the second is harder! However, with use that is getting easier. Great for extra resistance at aqua fit.

I didn't get on with them. Prefer rigid hand paddles. Others might like them better.
Tip: put a bit of talc on your hands before use and they'll go on much more easily.
Used them once Felt comfortable once I had them on (Medium for female) and swimming was helped
I have arthritis so it did feel as if there was less pressure overall and I thought it a good add on to my exercise.
Someone else liked them - so I shall be buying another me for me - but husband has asked me to get him a pair too!

Really useful for practising the position of your arms and hands when doing front crawl. It makes you use a lot of effort - quite breathless at the end of the pool - but when you revert to your bare hands, you find you are skimming along because of the correct positioning brought on buy using the gloves!
