Was having real problems with pre-dawn cold water swims and fogging when training for ice mile. This product has worked brilliantly together with immersing cold water around the eyes before putting goggles on to get goggles/face temperature closer together. I followed instructions and let spray dry, did not rinse off, and have not had eyes sting from residue.
