The Arena Instant Anti Fog Spray and Swim is the new and improved anti-fog from Arena which offers superior clarity for your goggles so that you can get the most out of your swim. There's no need to rinse or wait for them to dry once it is applied so you can get straight to water.

Next Working Day Courier Delivery available from £10.99 in the UK (order by 2pm Mon-Fri). Saturday and Sunday delivery options available too.

Was having real problems with pre-dawn cold water swims and fogging when training for ice mile. This product has worked brilliantly together with immersing cold water around the eyes before putting goggles on to get goggles/face temperature closer together. I followed instructions and let spray dry, did not rinse off, and have not had eyes sting from residue.
